1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
• You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Local Shipping

• Delivery within the same city is considered Local Shipping.
• Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.
• Shipping charges: flat fee of ₹50–₹100 (based on weight).
• Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for select locations.

3. Outstation Shipping

• Deliveries outside the city but within the country are Outstation Shipping.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days.
• Shipping charges calculated at checkout, based on location and weight.

4. International Shipping

• We ship to selected countries worldwide.
• Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days (may vary by destination).
• Shipping charges calculated at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking number(s).
• Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours.

6. Shipment Delays

If your shipment is delayed, we will notify you via email or phone. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or courier service issues.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. For lost packages, reach out to us so we can assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Return & Refund Policy

To ensure a smooth return and refund process, please review the following policy carefully.

1. Returns Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 5–10 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, in original packaging with all tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

• An unboxing video is required to process any return, refund, or exchange request for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• The video must be recorded from the start of opening the sealed package, clearly show the package label and condition, and show the product without cuts or edits.
• Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

3. Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact us at sguniformssales@gmail.com within the return window.
• Share your Order ID, reason for return, and unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/incorrect items).
• Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. A valid unboxing video is required for exchange approval.

6. Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and a mandatory unboxing video.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

8. Important Notes

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
